Clay Pigeon Shooting
Formerly known as inanimate bird shooting, clay pigeon shooting is the art of shooting at special flying targets. Gaining popularity among younger stag groups, participants use a shotgun or spitball to hit a target. The activity was once made illegal in 1921 due to the fact that live pigeons were utilized. In the present, as the name suggests, clay are used and are thrown using different clay launchers. Beginners are given practice shots with easy targets and are later allowed to join competitive events. Clay pigeon shooting players are provided with a variety of stands. Angle, flight of the clay and speed are stimulants that can bring out several game animals such as ducks and rabbits. Scores for the different rounds are added up and would determine the winner. Worst and best shots are also announced, giving participants a good laugh after a competitive atmosphere.
